Is this an adorable puppy? I’d have to say yes.
This puppy has been born with what appears to be a tail growing right out of his forehead. It’s not clear if they have decided it’s a tail, however it sure looks like one. They have taken him to the vet and he seems to be healthy in every way. He just happens to have a tail like appendage sticking out of his forehead.
As you can see in the video he is a happy playful puppy. The fact that he has this tail growing out of his head doesn’t seem to phase him one bit.
They say that if no problems arise they have no plans to remove the tail.
The dogs’ name is Narwhal and has a rather interesting story. He was found and then rescued from a dumpsite. I just hate to hear about dogs (especially puppies) that are just abanded. Apparently someone just left him at the dump. Can you believe that? Who would abandon such a cute puppy? At the time of the making of this video, he was being cared for at Macs Mission Rescue. He is up for adoption. However, I’m sure he’s gone by now. They had already gotten an estimated 7,000 inquiries, and this video has gone viral so he will be adopted very quickly. (Or so I would think).
So if you’re looking for a dog, please consider a rescue dog. You can get a great dog from your local dog pound or rescue shelter. If you missed out on this puppy you can grab another.
